I’m excited to share my journey and vision for Lockwood 2 with you. Growing up, I learned the value of hard work and business acumen on job sites with my father, who owned a residential painting company from the 1980s to the 2010s. Every school break, I was by his side, managing payroll, ordering supplies, and getting hands-on experience that shaped my entrepreneurial mindset. Those early lessons in discipline, diligence, and attention to detail laid the foundation for my career as an entrepreneur and real estate investor.

In 2008, I flipped my first house—a $535,000 property that, with a $70,000 renovation, sold for $775,000 in its first weekend on the market. That success stayed with me as I explored other career passions, ultimately finding my way back to real estate in 2021. Since then, I’ve focused on single-family residences and given the high interest rates, a big believer in the BRRRR model.

As the sponsor of Lockwood 1, we generated a 31.54% return on invested capital, a testament to my disciplined, market-focused approach. This 31.54% was split, 50/50 among LPs and Management. For Lockwood 2, our new goal is to raise $2.5 million to acquire, renovate, rent, and refinance 24 to 36 properties over the next three years. With the expertise, manpower, and proven strategy in place, we just need your partnership to make it happen.

We can communicate as often or little as you wish. Some partners enjoy getting photos as renovations progress, some enjoy just the before and after photos. We do keep an investor portal with each property we acquire with real time data (purchase contracts, closing docs, renovation budget, renovation receipts, photos and videos before, during and after renovation, tenant leases, property management portal, and the kicker, we give “view only” access to the fund bank account for full transparency.
